The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Hello,
After we had accepted the offer from Azuresmom and posted the initial payment onto my credit card, the service provided had responded to our inquiries stating that they would no longer be able to provide the service. I am fine with the fact that they can not take the shipment, but I would like to get my deposit money refunded. Please refund my deposit.
Response from Azuresmom:
Sorry I was not able to do the shipment. I had declined the request and for some reason it let them book it anyway. Not sure how that happens, apparently it does. I hope that they find someone who can ship for them.
