Byron was very organized and a pleasure to deal with. He was honest with the list of items to be shipped and how much space they would take up. He was very easy to communicate with before, and during the shipment. His son and daughter in law were also very nice and made Bob feel welcome and appreciated. I expected to feel uneasy about turning over my son's things to complete strangers but Bob and Robyn put me at ease very early in the process. They communicated clearly every step of the way and did what they said they were going to do. Bob was never late. He took his time loading and unloading. Everything was packed carefully and securely and arrived in the same condition as it started in. It is good to find a shipper who is reliable and trustworthy. I will add JT Transport as my favorite.
