The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This shipment was larger and heavier than described by the shipper. I never picked it up and he left a bad feedback.

Lied and said I misrepresented shipment, when he knew the exact weight and dimensions of items. Told pickup location he was coming, and never showed. Never called, texted or responded to emails from me, pick-up location or uship. If shipment could not be picked up then he should have let someone know. POOR COMMUNICATION!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pickup location, Uship and myself tried to contact you. This is a total lie because you never went out to location to see if it was too large or too heavy, dimensions were given to you so you knew what you were picking up. If you couldn't pickup you should have called to let someone know.
