A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was at the pick up on the date that was agreed on. The shipping end, went on vacation after the item was booked and then changed the dates. I thought I might be back But, Now I won't be back through in time to service this shipment. Good Luck, Randy Smith

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This service provider failed to show up on the date requested, claiming paperwork trouble with a different shipment. Then when asked if he could pick up the shipment at a later date, he said yes but after two weeks of waiting he has told us that that it will be another two weeks before he can pick up the item, which is too late. A lack of communication by the service provider has delayed this shipment for over a month.
