Major issues with communication. Horse stayed on trailer for 18 hours for a nine hour trip. Response from Keenekessler: We were late with delivery, and for that I apologize.Anytime you deal with travel, there are variables that are beyond our control.Your horse was the first of 3 to be loaded, then we were detoured for 2 hours due to a traffic accident. The second horse on the trailer refused to load, which cost us another hour.We realized that communication was a problem due to spotty cell reception, so we have reviewed and changed our procedure.Communication is now available to clients 24/7.
