Dawn is a great shipper! Very easy to communicate with and very accomodating. She was precise in her information, paid promptly, and had everything ready for pick up and at the delivery end! Would ship for her anytime! Thanks again Dawn!

Major issues with communication. Horse stayed on trailer for 18 hours for a nine hour trip.

We were late with delivery, and for that I apologize.Anytime you deal with travel, there are variables that are beyond our control.Your horse was the first of 3 to be loaded, then we were detoured for 2 hours due to a traffic accident. The second horse on the trailer refused to load, which cost us another hour.We realized that communication was a problem due to spotty cell reception, so we have reviewed and changed our procedure.Communication is now available to clients 24/7.
