This broker and told me that he would be able to pick up my load on December 10, he didn't the 10th the 11th and he still doesn't have someone to pick it up the 12 I need my load picked up as soon as possible so I will have to cancel this booking

This provider was ok. The price was right but you really do get what you pay for. This service provider acted as a broker that booked my shipment through a large shipping company. The communication was poor. He did not respond to alot of my questions. I even had to contact Uship to notify this of this providers poor communication. He reponded within minutes of me contacting Uship and blamed the poor communication on a personal illness. Book if you a looking for a bargain with poor communication.
