A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider needs to leave tomorrow night 4/12 and the item will not be avail until 4/13 or 4/14 or 4/18 the owner has to work.
The communication with the service provider was great, we just can not resolve the scheduling conflict because he has to be in new jersey by friday.
