Awesome customer. No one single issue. Boat was ready to be picked up and at delivery everything was coordinated to the best! Pick up was a back up and load and delivery the same. We never got the pleasure to meet them in person but all paperwork and payment was done via email and bank transfer. Fully trustworthy!! We will love to keep working with you in the future. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper failed to show up first thing in the morning on Tues April 19.2011 as he promised me he would .I tried to reach him at least 6 times by his cell phone and his e mail. On most of my calls to him his voice mail was full.He never responded to my calls or to my e mails. In addition I paid my captain 8 hours pay that day as he waited at the boat to coordinate it's the pick up . My financial loss totals $1300 due to your shipper's default Joseph McHugh

Quest Transportation did an outstanding job while trailering my boat from Brigantine NJ to Islamorada Fla. Both the shipping and recieving marinas complimented Gus and Mika on their professionalism They were on time and communicated with me daily during the haul I would definitely use them again Joe McHugh Jenkintown Pa
