I would advise cancelling this and booking with another carrier. For LTL Published Rates we issues 100% refunds, so you should ignore the portion of the cancellation process noting a 90% refund / 10% credit split.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need 100% refund. I relisted on uship for the freight which is completed. The conflict was not caused by either party so uship should not penalize either side. I didn't know the service provider needed to pick up the freight very early same day. When I contact him to set up the pick up, it was already too late. The driver already headed to another state. And next schedule for pick up (November 3or4) was too far away for me. The service provider and I had done our job faithfully.

I have no issues with the customer, but the now have another excessive cancellation do to factors outside my control. uship needs to look into their policy, and penalize shippers who are at fault, not every cancellation.
