I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period He want to pick up bike from dealership on Thanksgiving day when they were close also he call me and ask me to talk with dealership about this. It wasn't possible. He decide to pick up next week. After this I didn't heat from him. The worst was he didn't pick up my phone calls and didn't answer emails. I ask somebody to call hem from different phone number he pick up right away. This was the worest he did because he cought just pick up and say I can't bring bikes for you.For me it like kids play

when they failed to deliver, they stopped answering the phone, stopped replying to emails. The bike delivered in great condition but service provider didn't inform me about 4 days delay. Overall good service but horrible contact
