I did receive my vehicle at it's destination, but that's the only positive. Prior to shipment it was very hard to get a hold of Ultra. They gave me two different phone numbers through uShip and e-mail, and both went to voicemail during business hours almost every time I tried to call. They shipped my car after my deadline date. The driver they hired spoke very little English and had me drive 2 miles to meet him at 7pm for delivery because he could not understand his GPS and/or my directions.

Roger was great and the boat was picked up and dropped off exactly when I requested it to be. I was kept well informed during transportation as well. The only negative is that getting the boat weighed (required for military shipment) was not done correctly, but my overall experience was still positive.

Great job hauling my boat. Did their best to conform to my schedule and I couldn't be happier. They took great care of my ski boat!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I no longer need my items shipped because I will not be living at the destination for as long as I thought I would be. I am in the military and recently changed duty stations to where I thought I would be stationed for at least 4 months, but have found out that I will be here for only about a month. As much as I would like to have my boat here to use, I won't have the time to use it or take care of it. I was looking forward to shipping the boat with Bob and Teri, however, because they seemed lik
