I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I could not reach them for two consecutive days. I wish a had a response from them. An interesting fact is that their phone number is not listed as residential instead of a business, any reason Why? I called Debbie Friday to confirm the pick date, she was not sure because of the storm but promised a call back to give me the status by the end of that day.
