Overall an excellent experience. I was contacted immediately after I accepted the bid and pickup arranged. The boat was picked up on time and delivered on time. They communicated with me during the entire shipment. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper did not show up over days despite occasional communications they were on the way.. Was also very difficult to reach for any communication. Finally received notice by Email that the shipper was permanently suspended from ship.com.
