The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I booked this shipment on 4/1/13 and the shipper (AUTO TRANSPORT SERVICE 4U INC) disappeared... no response to phone calls or emails... FINALLY got him on the phone TODAY and he tells me that he is reneging on his commitment. I need: A) My Fees Refunded. B) A methodology to give a Very Bad Rating for this P.O.S. Service Provider had some "issues" with his equipment... Lost a Drive Shaft on the Truck and a Couple of Tires on the Low Deck Trailer. Then other shippers mischaracterized their loads! Expedition that did not run... was posted as operational. Chevy PU Listed as 2500 Crew Cab... Lister "forgot" to mention that it was a Duramax with an Allison... that's about 1,000 lbs heaver! All combined to delay & frustrate the Driver. Us? We got him loaded and on his way in 30 minutes.. Load As Posted.

If you value a man's word as his bond, then this transporter is THE GUY to work with! When he makes a commitment to you... BANK ON IT!! Even after a he made a small error on his part, that resulted an an underbid, he stuck to his quote and delivered, as agreed, with ZERO WHINING!! Place these folks on your "Good Guys" List and you WILL NOT be sorry!!
