Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The shipper accepted my bid on March 18 and communicated by phone that he would be able to deliver my sign on April 30. He did not deliver the sign on April 30 and I followed up about the sign by phone and he told me that the main shipment had been cancelled and he was working on another route south. He emailed me on May 6 and said "I am headed down to pick up your sign tomorrow (5/7) and will have it to you within 3-5 days of pick up." I have not received the sign. I sent him emails on May 10,
