James did an excellent job of communicating the entire route from picking up my bike to delivering. He keeps up with email but I found that texting is better. He's prompt and courteous and i would highly recommend him for any need. Thank you, James!

I buy and sell a dozen motorcycles per year and so I faced with shipping them for clients and myself. Denny is one of the best! He goes the extra mile to make his customers feel comfortable. In my case, he accommodated storage of my bike inside his truck cap (because of it's size) and avoided in-climate weather in the northeast. His communication was thorough and frequent. He was always available to answer by phone and he was prompt. None better! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Earl did an excellent job of ensuring that my motorcycle was packaged and positioned safely in his trailer for the trip from AZ to OH. Communication was outstanding and he kept me appraised on a regular basis and if I left him voice mails, he would respond quickly. It took a little longer than anticipated but he encountered poor weather en route to OH and, overall, I was pleased with his level of customer service and commitment to his work.
