After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Once I ACCEPTED this provider's bid, communication became very poor and my messages were not returned in a reasonable amount of time and my questions were not answered. I became concerned about the lack of communication and was not comfortable having this shipper haul my horses long distance if I was not going to be able to reach them. I got the impression that although they had accepted my bid, they were not able to meet the time frame specified in my request and were scrambling to put a load Response from Randy1977: I normally accept responsibility for things gone wrong, but this time I am not. The time frame for the haul was still 3 weeks away. Yes we are always trying to fill our load. I have never hauled for this person and it maybe a good thing I did not. We returned every email she sent and it would take days to get a reply from her. I hope when you read this you look at the others and not base your decision on this persons opinion; she never used our services.

Great shipperand nice guy! Brian really went above and beyond. He hooked up my elderly Mom's fridge and was so cheerful when he delivered ours even though we had to struggle to get it in the house and it was miserable snow and rain the whole time! We can't say enough about his professional service! Great communication, you can use his company with confidence! Thanks Brian!
