Excellent customer. He had waited for weeks to get his vehicle moved, we picked it up the same day he accepted our bid, and delivered shortly thereafter. Very prompt with paperwork and payment.

This service provider is exceptional. He was extremely patient with the people at the pick up location even in the face of aggravation. He spent additional hours at no extra charge just to see my shipment through. I just want to say thank you once again.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time My equipment could not be transported back in March but was only ready for shipment 3 weeks ago. I sent the service provider an email almost 3 weeks ago with the update but there was no response. I contacted uship support service, and they also sent an email to the service provider without any response.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have been unable to get the service provider to pick up and deliver my unit several weeks after i accepted their bid and made a deposit. I have missed 2 vessel bookings as a result of their negligence.
