Hi Carolyn, we enjoyed Ozzie he is a good traveler. We were not aware of your pending departure till later in the trip. Our's was a long trip this month but, we did make it before you were gone. We enjoyed working with you and taking care of Ozzie. Thank you Chuck & Wanda

Thanks but I had to change my flight as dog didn't arrive home until 8 pm & day before I was told he would not arrive by dispatch. Dog arrived in horrible condition, had to be hospitalized w/vet for a week for $681! He contracted a parasite from your transport, was malnourished & lost 19 pounds in less than 14 days, had open, deep pressure sores on 3 legs that required prescription and antibiotic treatments and are still not closed yet. Terrible experience all around and very disappointing!

I do not believe what you are saying. You were in contact with drive and knew about Ozzie's problem with elbow sores treated with Neo. You boarded Ozzie with your vet as you had travel plans. Have not received anything from your vet for injury or illness. You have provided nothing other then this verbal claim usually a call might have produced a more positive solution then what we have here. I don't believe your claim to malnourishment. None of the other dogs were, Just yours?

Peter was great. Even though it was a holiday weekend he picked up when he said he would, delivered promptly and communicated status updates along the way. Couldn't have asked for it to be simpler :) Overall excellent experience!
