I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Ken was correct. I did a poor job planning and quoting this shipment. I typically move heavy equipment such as this sweeper truck but I did not quote out this move sufficiently. Ken was understanding and I do hope to work with him again down the road. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider(broker) was unable to find a trucker to make the delivery. I waited several days for the booking which did not occur. I ended up having to find another company to do the tranport. I would like a FULL refund and not a credit.
