A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Our pick-up and delivery date could not fit within the carrier's schedule. We have contacted USHIP by phone and were counseled to cancel the shipment. We did try to reach XGILady over this afternoon and evening, to no avail. We are at risk of losing the sale of this puppy, and need to get it to our customer ASAP...within the dates we posted in our listing.
