I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period We asked customer for the business name at delivery so we could set up his shipment and he never responded. We need all information so no problems occur with the freight carrier. Customer then proceeded to leave feedback about how upset he was instead. We are uncomfortable moving forward and would like to have the customr refunded. Thank you.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Item had to be delivered by Wednesday, November 5th on Thursday November 6th item was still not picked up from shipping warehouse.
