Deliver person was not on time and and blamed it on the people getting the puppies left to go to Pennsylvania from Illinois and called from New York at a hospital because her aunt was sick. The new parents offered to pick up pups from New York and she refused and was very late. But how did you pass Pennsylvania and end up in New York? Very upset and on top of that clients said dogs were filthy and peed and popped all over, as if they were never out of their cages?

Outright Lies!We picked up&del as we stated we would. We were told they had to be there Sun no earlier, we cont on route&made a special trip back to make this work.On the way to them 1 of the drivers had to go to the emerg. room. The drop of person was note and the 2nd driver left the other at ER &cont to get the puppies to their home. Puppies were del on time, clean, & well cared for. only thing soiled was org. bedding which was bagged &sealed. Shipper gave time promise w/o informing us.
