The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipment was not quoted properly. Response from Mark T.: Shipment was very much quoted properly/accurately and it was the mistake of the service provider.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The pick up and drop off times were not fully disclosed up front. They close much earlier. This customer is a middleman and didn't have much information to provide more details for pick up or drop off. I was unable to contact the pick up location after several attempts.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was put in direct contact with the pick up and drop off location, but failed to arrange a pick up time. He was told he needed to pick up between 1pm and 5 pm and waited until mid-day day of to say he wouldn't make it. Response from DependableTransport72472: I called pick up location several times upto an hour with no response. Day before pick up and the day of the pick up. That is when I emailed you both times. All I was told was pickup any time after 1pm. I messaged you the day before to confirm times and exact location and never received a reply until 2pm the day pick up was to take place and then you disclosed 5pm. Which again attempted to contact pick up with phone number listed. No answer
