A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am formally requesting a cancellation of the bid for moving my Clavinova piano because through no fault on my part, there arose a pickup day conflict (the sellers' plans for being unavailable changed from when they had originally given me pick up time availability. The effect was that the provider was not going to be available with the seller's new time. I spoke with Andrei Mikhailov from Pace and told him of the change from the sellers. He was communicative, efficient, capable, and personable. My piano was delivered and set up perfectly. He is exceptionally good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service Provider did not answer my phone calls or reply to my emails for several days. I do not feel assured he was able to carry out the shipment responsibly.
