Shipment went well. By being flexible with my shipping schedule all potential problems were solved or avoided by both provider and customer. It's a pleasure when a customer is able to work as a team with the provider! My driver (Richard Bolens) was proffesional and his experience was obvious.

Communication is the keyword here. Mick exceeded my expectations by keeping me informed down to details on any loose nuts or bolts on my new trailer up to the point of delivery. I knew exactly the timeline as he made the trip from Florida to Ohio from his informed calls.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Trailer was not available through no fault of shipper. Shipper was courteous and professional and explained the need to remain on his schedule through phone contact. Mutual cancellation of the shipping arrangement was agreed through phone conversations by both parties. Would love to reccommend Jeff and use his services in the future.
