THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EVER !! My beautiful mid-century credenza which survived for half a century but could not survive a trip with HomeDirectUSA. IT WAS SMASHED to pieces. And somehow as 72" credenza which was to go from NY to Nebraska with blanket wrap service and with a 2-man crew -- blah, blah, blah, was somehow put in a cardboard box WITHOUT ANY PADDING OR PROTECTION AT ALL !! NOTHING !It arrived broken into pieces. Legs, doors, handles, top, EVERY SINGLE PIECE WAS BROKEN. DON'T USE THEM !

Billy and Lorraine are the best. Great communication (that saved the day) on time and they took great care of my precious cargo (an antigue dresser that traveled a long distance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will look for them again.

Allen was excellent. I used him to ship a floor lamp from New York to Toronto Canada. He was knowledgeable about the requirements to ship over the border. His communication was excellent both with me and the recipient, he kept to the schedule and picked up and delivered on time. I would be happy to use him again.
