The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We were told that the car would be picked up on 12/11 but then driver said that the broker completed the paperwork too late and he was already headed back North. Rescheduled pick up day for 12/16 but the driver didn't reach the port in time before the port closed at 3pm. Rescheduled pick up for 12/21 but again the driver couldn't reach the port before it closed. Meanwhile, we are being charged a storage fee at the port and have to pay for a rental car.
