I hate to be negative, but I only received one response during shipping of my mare... even with clear directions shipping was very delayed (7 day journey ) the guy wanted out of the business it seemed, not sure what had transpired over the haul, could say a lot more.. but I am kind...
Sorry to leave this... but would have chosen another hauler...

All I can say is everyone has a bad week once in awhile. This was a challenging trip with a couple of delays in drop off/delivery. However, the horse arrived in Perfect condition. We had several conversations via email and by phone.
