The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We are a National Freight Broker. There is nothing we can do about improperly packaged freight. Two carriers attempted pick up, and both were not willing to take the freight in it's current conditions for liability purposes. The freight was over hanging the pallets and not fully packaged and secured. We have no way of knowing this kind of stuff until the actual pick up is attempted. It's best this gets packaged better or you will be having a damage claim on your hand. Once again, standard.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider has sent 2 different people to pick up this load. Both times they demanded that it was crated. This load was listed as palleted and also had pictures so they knew what they were bidding on. They stated they could ship it and in reality they can not. They have some serious dishonest business practices and have wasted my time.
