The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer ad said move from shelbyville Ohio to Indiana but he misprinted and it's actually Kentucky and he will not pay no more so I unfortunately cannot do it!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider has not called since I booked the shipment. I called once and left a message on the service providers voice mail and didn't recieve a response back. I would like to cancel the booking and relist the shipment.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment B&C said they had a shipment cancel on them and it will cause my shipment to be delayed until they can get another shipment going my direction. I'm considering delivering myself since it's within driving distance for me.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider has the wrong phone number listed in his advertisement. I called several times without someone answering the phone. I called again today to only find out the number he has listed is the wrong number. Someone answered the phone and said they didn't know anyone by the name on this listing. I emailed info to the service provider and he never responded back letting me know about the shipment. He said he would deliver Jan 19 or 20th. I still have not heard anything from the servi

Great service and he was able to pick up the welder just after dropping off a load that was close to the welder location. He brought the welder to me the next day which was Sunday. Very dependable and Mike does his best to satisfy his customers. I have used Tacticians more than once and It's always a good experience, thank guys.
