I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I attained communication with the service provider immediately after bidding was complete. However, I lost contact with him on the day that we were suppose to meet (2/6/14) and I have not heard anything from him since, either by phone or email. I do not feel comfortable continuing the shipment with this service provider and would like to cancel.
