I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. A few days before we were scheduled to p/u we were contacted by shipper who stated that due to a family emergency he would be out of the country and would have to postpone his shipment. I agreed to let it be until I heard from him again but that was more than a month ago and I am not getting calls returned or e-mails answered. I have no gripe with shipper, I am just tired of seeing unfinished business in "my uship".
