He got it done cheaply. Which was good. He was late for pickup by two days, but he got there by the final deadline we agreed upon. The only negative was the lack of communication between pickup and delivery. He was terribly hard to did a hold and did a poor job of returning calls. Overall there were some positives and only a couple negatives which is why I have him rated as neutral. Response from mattteresa: Customer booked me on the 18th, I picked up the morning of the 20th, I qouted PU between 16-20th. Customer did not want delivery until following week, which I delivered the next Monday, guess I was a day late on that? To sum it up he got his mower delivered 600 miles for $200, safe and sound.
