Bucky is a great guy, very easy to work with and provides accurate contact information. There were no surprises on this shipment, which is always a plus. He is extremely friendly and was very sincere in the conversations we had. Dave was very professional and had a lot of integrity and care for his cargoes. He took the extra time to unstrap everything without damaging the shipment as well as took his time to reevaluate his cargo before departing after repositioning his cargoes. Very highly recommended shipper! He treats all his cargo like it belongs to him. Absolutely the best out there. He will always be my first choice if he was available! Thanks again Dave!!

I will NEVER use NATIONAL TRANSPORT SERVICE ever again!!! I waited 21 days for my car to be picked since the day they've excepted my bid. The trip itself took 4 days total per the driver. So why so long? hmm...they had more excuses than excuses itself after countless phone made to them. They DO NOT what so ever communicate well & their customer service girls are very unprofessional. Save yourself the aggravation, time or money and choose another company.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My shipper was supposed to hae my car shipped to me over 3 to 4 weeks back. They picked the wrong vehicle up from the dealership. Now, they won't return that vehicle to the dealership till the dealership pays them for having the vehicle hauled around to make other drop offs before returning it to the dealer. The dealer still has the car I paid for and can't release it till yjey get the other vehicle bak. I have made numerous attempts by email and phone messages to contact the shipper on an ETA o

Great shipper. Although I showed some frustrations at times due to normal set backs of any shipping processes, Doug was always positive throughout the process and kept things moving.
