There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I do not have an MC number or DOT number. The auction house would not allow me to load the shipment because of the fore mentioned.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He could not meet the requirements (MC & DOT - BILL OF LADING) to validate my tax exception for this merchandise to El Paso and then to Mexico.

I never had a dot or mc. uship should not have allowed me to bid on this. I lost $350 on the trailer I rented.
