The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Upon receiving the acceptance the customer was notified via email a contract and terms of contract showing all pricing.There were no changes or price increases. He was forwarded all pertinent info about the carrier company and the pick up date, drivers name, number and insurance info. I am a broker and clearly after Mike received all of the infomation he cancelled the order to not only get out the contract, but to not pay his uship deposit as well. I have all emails correspondence if you need.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment they ask for $300.00 cash more win they drop the van off ?????????????????????? will no,t accept no 90% refund

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I do not feel comfortable working with him. He does not sound confident.

Mike felt uncomfortable with giving a deposit to hold the spot on the truck. We offered Mike a chance to pay at the drop off site but by this time he wanted to use another company. It is clearly listed in our terms of agreement what we charge and why. At the end of the day we are here to offer a worry free transport experience. We understand why some are hesitate about giving personal info over the phone. We are an honest trustworthy company with an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau.
