I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The listing states 32' long and 11' tall. The driver got there and paid the storage fees for the customer for $93.00. The truck is actually 13'7 tall and 36' long. We tried to communicate with the customer and he wants to blame us even though he provided the wrong dimension. We want the storage fees refunded.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment was booked a week ago told pick up by the 10th.Called Thursday said driver wanted extra $190.00 I agreed called Friday said truck broke down.Called this morning said driver wants $290 dollars I said no.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Said truck would arrive Tuesday morning would not answer phone all day.Finally spoke with someone at 5pm Said world call me right back never called.Called again this this morning said the same thing never called back.Finally at 1 o clock this afternoon called again and they said they don’t know where the driver is agreed to cancel load.
