The shipment was booked and paid immediately via PayPal in August 2009. Due to various delays and setbacks on the part of the service provider; i.e., he was already involved in another cross-country shipment, he was ill,it wouldn't fit on his truck, he would get back to me when he was in the area- I cancelled shipment in November of 2009. Andre (service provider) has not returned any or all of the payment he received. In March of 2010, he became very angry that I requested my money be repaid.
