I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Tried to contact customer unsuccessfully many times: Email address incorrect- Both phone numbers listed in booking details were wrong numbers. Customer did not attempt to contact me at all.

Once again, a very positive and pleasant experience from beginning to end....Communication great so I could update on my progress...thank you for your patience in waiting til the following weekend! You went well over and above, and I hope to be able to help again sometime...Found a hotel with internet access so I can try to arrange a backhaul, I'm gonna rest my back, and head back tomorrow....thanks again!!

I am not sure why this shipper waited 6 years to leave feedback. There were no issues at all that were brought to my attention during the loading, the transport, or the unloading. Research will show that this customer left the same feedback for other carriers, one from a job back in 2008, over 4 years ago. We are collectively asking Uship to review this matters of questionable feedback 4-6 years after the job was over. Carriers can not address any problems or misunderstandings, 6 years later.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved shipper was unable to come to pick up the item at the time we had arranged (at night)and called at the last minute to cancel - about an hour before she was supposed to pick up the item (around 11:30pm). she wanted to reschedule at a later date but that was not feasible for me.
