I would highly recommend this carrier! Great communication and very professional - they text me to keep me updated on pick-up and delivery times. They were on time and the piano was in perfect condition. It was wrapped very carefully. They put down blankets and cardboard and they carried it across our wood floors. Don't hesitate to use this carrier! Perfect experience!
