There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The contract states that I can pick up the dogs on July 7th or July 8th. I can deliver the dogs within 24 hours after picking them up. This contract is in plain english. I want to do this job that they accepted. I can do the job. I don;t see any problem. A person who accepted my job said he wants me to pick them up on July 2nd. The person who accepted my bid did not read the contract. I can hold up my end of the deal. The side that is failing is my client can not read a contract.--Gary

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it 3 dogs or 4? Crates or not? The Dogs couldn't be picked up until Friday night or Sat. I work full time. Planned to pick up Sat. am but these people e mailed 4 times on Thurs. and called 7 times. Friday e mailed some more and called another 6 times. What part of i work during the day don't you comprehend? Impatient people that obviously don't trust anyone to deliver their dogs. Too much Drama for me to deal with, and gladly will cancel.

Rick was great to work with. Prompt with payment, understood the transport end of the business and gave us a lot of flexibility to get the job done efficiently. Thanks for the the business. I hope we can be of service again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved It is true that the seller wouldn't hold the puppies for him. However, when the bid was made and accepted, he was aware of the pickup dates. The seller of the pups wouldn't work with him on holding the pups for a week. But he contacted me right away and let me know. So thanks so much for the heads up. Good luck
