I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I agreed to pickup within a 2 day window... i did make contact with the person that booked the shipment(RUBY) via phone and email.(very Nice). Professional and i would gladly without a doubt do business with again..She booked the job. I appreaciate her quick contact after the bid was accepted. However the person that actually is in possession of the motorcycle has not been accessible within the 48 hrs that i agreed to pick the scooter up. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was not aware that driveway services meant drive away service and I wish this vehicle to go on a carrier. Phoenix Express did nothing wrong it was my fault for not understanding.
