I can't work until released by doctor for hip injury. Customer doesnt understand that a replacement driver will want cash at delivery. Since customer paid by uship payment he would have to come up with the payment at delivery and i'm not funding it. This is a Neg. for the uship payment system, its not about the customer but uships cash flow.

service provider crash my truck and leaves 2 weeks in a bodyshop in buda texas very bad communications dont pay the demage to my truck,storage,towing they ask to the bodyshop pay one night of hotel always ask me for money and always i send via western union i take legal action against to this service provider SHIPPERS BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE PROVIDER PLEASE BE FREE TO ASK

i have ben in contact with shipper throw all the time that his truck has ben in shop and i have ben in contact with shop to rezove this isue and have taken money out of my pocket to get his truck fixed and i have lost other moves becuse of his truck. if you would like to know more please let me know thx joy

Shipper does not speak English, will not answer phone for this reason wants us to pay for repairs & storage of his truck. We told him during bid process we could not do this. Asked him to to wire money via e-mail for his repairs and he will not. So we can not help him even after making it clear before accepting bid we could NOT do this. E mails are even very hard to understand from him. Hope you can speak spanish if you try to help him on this shipment, and your are ready to pay for his repairs.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Do to a hip injury and not being able to get medical release for atleast 5 days, I can not complete this transport within the time frame needed by customer. I've emailed and phoned customer with no resolution since he paid uship up front. I've attempted to find another transporter but they want payment in hand at delivery. I suggested customer cancel.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We apologize for the delayed cancellation request due to Hurricane Irene damage. We have had constant conflict communicating with this customer either because of language barrier or the determination of doing business his way only. We have addressed our driver's inability of collecting any funds upon delivery, let alone CASH.
