Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I (Kay Koslan) contacted the shipper numerous times and as many phone numbers as he gave me. This was in February. I am ready to cancel. The total amount you took using my credit card was $446.38. I do not plan to try to ship this item again or any item in the next year. Kindly refund my $446.38.
