I believe Stephen was a little confused about the whole process. I hope he gets everything figured out and still gets his things shipped on time. I believe he is a good customer, he just didnt know how uship.com worked yet. he wanted to rearange days and pick up times after he accepted my bid that had spacific time and dates on it. i would have liked to help, but he could not arange pick up at the dates specified. best of luck to you Stephen!
