My outboard motor was damaged and American Group is doing NOTHING about it. They have not returned one phone call or email. Response from ShippingSimplified: Item was damaged - ShipAG assisted the customer in filing a claim with UPS freight - UPS freight has paid the claim - we appologized on behalf of the carrier for the damage to this item. We understand it was probably your first less than truckload shipment and appreciate your understanding that we are the broker, not the carrier, and act on your behalf in getting things done with the carrier.
