There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The seller of the trailer that I'm having picked up through uship.com is being difficult in getting the trailer registered into his name so that he can legally sell it to me.
Surebet, shipper, does not have voicemail nor does he answer emails. After multiple attempts to reach him and avoid him showing up at seller's address this weekend, to haul a trailer that can not be registered to me without the owner doing his paperwork, I feel that I don't have another option at this point because I do

Greg was a pleasure to deal with and communication was a plus. Logistically, it wasn't the easiest pick up but Greg was able to find a truck. I would use his services again if needed. People like Greg should stand out in this service, unlike dirt bags like sunflowr, who only will do a job for you if it's in their best interest and it's convenient. The moment things don't go right, dirt bags like sunflowr pull out and leave you high and dry. Not Greg, he was there the whole time. Thank you! This guy is THE MAN, period. Honest, punctual, communication was easy and he delivered on time. We need more drivers like this on here, not the shoddy, dirt bags without any good feedback.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services A 48 hr delay was never mentioned as a solution. Rather, Jeffrey the shipper told me he did not have to kiss my butt and is just doing this as a favor for a friend. Then as I asked him to calm down and when I inquired about when in the near future a rescheduling would be possible he said he didn't know and proceeded to swear at me some more before hanging up on me. Thanks for wasting my time, Jeffrey. I'm scrambling to find another shipper to meet my recipients deadline now. Forty years in customer service and the customer was always right until today.

I had a very good experience with this company. The driver was prompt at pickup and delivery was quick with good communication. I would not hesitate to book another shipment with this shipper in the future.

I was lied to and told my boat was being pulled by truck, instead it was stuffed into an enclosed trailer and strapped onto another boat.The trailer to my boat was suspended above the rigged boats inside enclosed trailer and the outboard was removed and supposedly wrapped up.The damage that was done during shipment was the following:1.outboard cover was cracked 2.trim tab is broken 3.grab bar ripped from boat hull fiberglass 4.trolling motor mount pulled loose. Left messages but do not call back Response from Cardinal517: Not sure what this guy ate for breakfast??Boat was loaded under sellers supervision,motor was wrapped in several moving blankets and tied to wall...nothing was dont to grab bar or trolling bracket????Boat was inspected at drop and all was well by shippers father in law...there was a crack in cover but not too sure it wasnt there when we picked up....as motor was in several blankets...
