After this nightmare of a shipment, between breakdowns, port on strike, then the vehicle not running at delivery and port wont take inops, this was finally done. Pheww!!!! I must say, this was the most crazy shipment we have never done. Thanks you for being understanding, and we would gladly work with again!

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was totally open and honest at every turn in my dealings with this customer. It was a difficult move, but we finally got things pulled together in time as he asked me to do. It's interesting that about 15 minutes after I had called him to let him know that everything was handled, he called me to say that he had decided to give the load to someone else for $100 less. Response from Steven T.: This guy bids $500 and then makes all the excuses in the book, sends me email that he cannot move the truck. After all that he tries to charge me $800+ to move when I'm on the ropes. Thank God for Streamline!! This guy is a joke, Beware!! He will let you down. Now he blames me, get a grip!!

Worst experience ever!!!! Excuses on top of excuses. Would Never, ever, ever use again and I warn you to BEWARE!!!!!! Truck picked up before xmas and delivered by another company over a month later. Don't use these people. Response from TruckItTrans: We do feel bad for this customer to an extent! This was a cross country trip, the drivers truck broke down multiple times, to the point we actually had to get another driver because his truck blew the engine. Then when the new driver gets to the port for delivery, the port was on strike. Then once delivered, the port wouldn't accept because truck wasn't in good work order. Driver paid money to fix by mobile mechanic, customer never reimbursed. Customer also threatened us since first breakdown!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The price he agreed to was too low, so he gave me the run around. I found someone else to take my shipment. He shouldn't agree and then cancel on me.
