everything went smoothly---kaner was the zombie shedding dog during trip--poor guy----eventually came out of his scared state toward end as some dogs go on these trips---but ended up at "home" with his florida family--hes now happy once again--get use to florida buddy :)--lister is a++ and was helpful along the way--thanks

Mike was awesome!! We were quite anxious and nervous about shipping our dog across the country with someone we did not know but Mike made us feel very comfortable and kept in contact at all times. Kaner seem to be well taken care of and in great spirits. I'm not sure how he feels about Florida yet since he loves the snow!! Mike made great timing (probably because he couldn't stand the shedding :) Thanks again Mike, it is great to have our dog finally back.
